We have a similar issue to the reviews mentioned here their aftercare service is appauling after a few days of receiving forklift we had a minor oil leak and an issue with dual fuel were told to keep running fuel and it would clear still an issue with minimal use and 12 months later leak has become an ohs issue. due to living in remote country area we had a local mechanic look at it we were advised that one of the rams had been welded up after phoning the company we told we had little chance of them paying for the repair we then received an email to reflect that we never reported the fault and that leaks and hydraulics weren't covered under used forklift warranty Be warned once they have got your money the service is down hill from there ☠️

we had a forklift sent to us on appro. ThankG as after a couple of days it started leaking oil supposedly from the seals. In fairness when we complained a mechanic arrived the same day. He said that the workshop had not tightened the seals. He said that he would be back the next day to fix them. However before he arrived we had an independent appraisal. We were told the steering was faulty and then we were shown microscopic pin holes in the rubber hoses. Oil mist came out when under load under load. We had agree to pay carriage to try the lift and ended up paying over $300 when the truck was not acceptable because it was a wreck.
Further to the above we were contacted to buy another. We were assured that the next one was a good buy. I agreed to try it but pointed out that we were taking all the risk as if it was no good again we bore all the costs. Them nothing!! SHF agreed to bring it and take it away free. I tried to find a dealer for that brand of forklift (Nichiyu) just to check on service availability and parts. So until I could verify that I thought it good manners to call SHF and tell them to wait. However before I could tell them why I wanted them to wait I was told that they had decided that they were not going to bother with us and had decided that they were not going to deliver the truck as promised. Possibly it was another bad apple.. Sure the price was cheap but we were quite prepared to pay more for a good electric truck.. The previous one had been advertised on the net for $1000 less that what we were quoted by SHfk when they delivered it as it was !! They should have removed the reference from the quote picture !!

Fantastic range of forklifts and great advice. Anthony didn't mind that I was a novice and didn't know a forklift from a walkie stacker. He gave an excellent price, free delivery and helped me find something that was in my budget.
