The work they did on my car was fantastic.. However the way the men spoke to me was utterly disgusting.. Completely rude and arrogant they were!!

As a lover of car racing, just hate big $sss but can't be more proud of Phil's sponsorship of lower teams. Wish you well, Phil. You can hold your head high.

I was awfully disappointed when I picked up my car after having it repaired. The colour and metal flake were nothing like the rest of the car it was orange compared to the maroon red that the car is. I also noticed that the tail light had a piece missing and it appeared to be a fresh chip. I asked to have a look at the workshops photos of the rear of the car before they commenced working on it and the tail light looked undamaged. They agreed that it didn't look broken in the photos and said they would replace it. When I picked up the car three days later after more paint troubles the colour was slightly better/ at a level that was just acceptable, however the tail light that had been broken had not been replaced. They argued that it must have been damaged before hand and that they weren't liable to fix it.

We got sent by insurance and was told it would be repaired in a week before Easter after the vehicle was inspected and papers signed. After a week they've told us they couldn't repair the area when previously said they could. What kind of game are they playing with their customers? Wasting their time. Literally left the vehicle there for about a week just to be told it wasn't repaired yet. What? Are you stealing/changing parts?? If you're unable to do your job because you're incompetent then I suggest you get off your high horse and not accept jobs you aren't able to do. Mat was one of the people who I had a chat with and was extremely rude. I suggest anyone coming here to not waste their time and find elsewhere. -0 stars.

The best customer service I have ever had. We were in a delemma with my girlfriends car and argueing with insurance company to get her car fixed after she was hit due to no fault of her own. I took her car to Andy and Bonnie and Phil Munday Panels to be quoted and what I received was totally unexpected. They made a very difficult and frustrating experience due to insurance company an absolute walk in the park! Bonnie said give me all the details and I will fix. True to her word she has gone beyond what she needed to help us get the car fixed. EZOn behalf of myself and my girlfriend I can't thank Phil Munday panels, Bonnie and Andy at Kilsyth enough. Would highly recommend anybody to go there! Thank you guys, 5 stars doesn't rate you highly enough!!

Very happy with repairs done to my car last week. Professional, courteous staff who kept me informed. The car was ready when they said it would be & accommodated me in being able to arrange for pick up, etc.
So rapt to have my car back looking like new again.response / report this review
