Beauty Therapist: Brie
Sevice : was extremely exceptional and professional, very respectful, advised a skin care line but never pushed or made me feel like she was up selling. Brie executed brilliant technique and skill, she always confirmed and communicated if I was ok etc
Overall: couldn't flaw the service I travelled 40 minutes to get there and was so very worth it !
Recommendation: HIGHLY and ask for Brie !response / report this review -

Honestly the worst spa experience! Not only do the staff have no idea what they are doing or how to massage they are extremely rude and don't know how to create a relaxing environment.
After what was a poor attempt of a massage (I'd describe it more like I was being stroked and oil just smeared on my body), I was then told I would have my mani and pedi, which was just applying nail polish, no cutical trimming or filing. They left me laying on the table for extended periods of time on a regular basis (mostly during what was supposed to be my hour long massage). One of the times was so they've could set up for clients that were coming. So much for looking after the clients you have already there!
To top things off they put foot scrub on my face and lied about it when I asked them about it, which horrifies me. What's makes me so angry is I told them multiple times I have sensitive skin, my face felt like it was burning. I walked out early as I couldn't stand one more second in that dirty 'clinic'. Wouldn't go back if someone paid me!!response / report this review -

I got the 2 ppl for 3hrs package at $175 through scoopon and it was an amazing experience. A massage whilst a facial and manicure and pedicure. It's such a therapeutic place. As soon as you walk in you just automatically want to relax

I have been going to this place for a year now, i started off with a Scoopon deal. I love my massages, i feel so relaxed after; the facials I get are in consultation with my skin condition and love the smell of the products. Theyre hygienic in their work, wearing gloves when doing pedicures. The ladies are so attentive, professional and I leave knowing I got spoil that day. I have no hesitation recommending them.

My experience at Sanctuary Beauty Clinic was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and the overall experience and treatment was lovely. I would encourage everyone to give it a try.

The worst place I've been too!
My husband and my friends boyfriend bought us each a "3hour package" from Scoopon and there was a problem with my ticket I had used it before and all we did was book the date!
How ever our experience with Sanctuary Beauty Clinic was unpleasant and we do not recommend it to anyone! Please save your money and go else where were it's worth it.
The massage was so normal that my husband does a better job. The room temperature was so cold we both told the therapist that the room was so cold but they didn't even bother to turn the air con down or off, the room was pretty dirty and messy. They used cheap products from the pharmacy and we were told they bought a product to trial it out!
Half way through the facial, the therapist that was looking after me began another massage as a customer walked in and had not booked so therefore she took her on and left me waiting, when my friend asked what happened the therapist explained, as professionals they could have said 'Sorry we are fully booked today can we book you for another day' instead we had one therapist complete the job. The therapist used the same water bucket for both of us and did not wash her hands in between and went from cleaning my feet to my friends face!
Overall I do not recommend it and i hope people read this before they do the same mistake as we did!..
