I went there mainly for a colour and a slight trim. The lady took about 20cm off my hair to the point where I said stop, stop cutting my hair I dont want it any shorter. She continued to cut it saying I needed it despite me speaking up twice about it. Not only that, the "layering" is not what you'd expect a senior hair stylist to do. It was not blended at all, and I am embarrassed to wear it out. On top of that the colour was not what I wanted AND I paid $270 for the cut and colour and an extra $60 for a treatment as the hairdresser ruined my hair. So $330 in total. I will never go here again.
