The service was really good, wait staff very pleasant and quick, the food was very well priced with a good selection and also some healthy options, pizza, pasta, steak and some really good salads, the food could have been a little quicker though

As a regular at Sam's every Wednesday for the last year, I have to say that as I am a forgiving customer, it is a place that has been inconsistent when it comes to service. The food is very good value for money and depending on the mood of the cooks, can also be inconsistent. Daniel and Nicola are the reason we continually return. God help anyone, who comes across the wicked witch with the glasses. She seems to be on a permanent PMS. You would think after spending hundreds of dollars as a regular, that she would value our custom and treat us with respect and make us feel good being there rather than begrudging our business.

Great Coffee, service & atmosphere. The business owner was there on the day of my visit, he seemed to know everyone on a first name basis, which gave me the feeling that this business has a serious cult following. I would go back for sure

My wife and young child went there for lunch last week. No menu was delivered or water. The ways was too busy talking to a boy at the counter. Mind you we were the only ones eating. My wife wanted to leave bit we order in the end. Ask 3 of us came down with food poisoning. We think it was due to the calamari.

Worst service and good I have ever had on keilor Rd. Unless your one of the bike mates of the owner or a16 year old wanting a coffee. Don't bother with that mess of a cafe

Arrived at the cafe for the first time yesterday. Greeted by friendly staff. Ordered our meal and it came out to us pretty quickly. Very decent sized portions for the price. Food was delicious. Definitely will be back to try the rest of the menu!
