  Purchased a Cervelo S5 this week best decision ever. The crew at SBR are super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about all thing triathlon and cycling. And at a great price too!
  
  The S5:
  So quick, touch the pedals and it just engages full power at the wheel. Most stable bike I've ever ridden too. Easy to control and super comfortable. Feels like I was born to ride an S5 barely broke a sweat smashing the guys from Giant South Yarra this morning

  Worst bike shop I have ever been to!!!! Called up in advance asking if they had my size. Was confirmed over the phone by the staff member by the name of Matt.. when I arrived I waited about 20 minutes before any assistance was given. Matt went through the stock at the shop and realised that they were sold out. would not Shop here again. avoid at all costs

  End to end the service was a great experience. I called first thing (at 9am, 1 hour before they officially opened) on Saturday to ask if they had availability, they told me I could drop the bike off and it'll get done in the week (which is what I asked for), none of the 'drop it off the day before and you have to pick it up 5 min after it's finished because they don't have room' when I took it in we discussed some of the issues and he (sorry can't remember his name) made some suggestions including some to save me money and we came to an agreement on the course of action. When I picked it up it was so clean and shinny I literally didn't recognise it. I was told there is a little issue to keep an eye on that will get looked at in the next service to see if it's progressed, they didn't look to over service me and kept me in the loop. Their cost was VERY reasonable for the service and extras. I am so happy to have found these guys they are going to be servicing all of my bikes in the future.

  I went in to get a new seat and the guys were so helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be heading back!

  Just wanted to chop out a massive THANKS for all your help last week.
  
  Really appreciate you and mechanic Adam getting the bike back up and running so ridiculously fast, especially on such short notice. Please pass on my thanks to Adam and let him know he did a brilliant job on the Caad10, feels great!
  
  The new shop set up is looking absolutely awesome and your doing a killer job as always mate! Good on you Jay!
