Rycon completed our home mid 2020.
Right from the initial consultation through to handover the process was smooth and stress free.
The team were always friendly, professional and well organised. Any changes or hiccups along the way never seemed to be a problem, Rycon just made it happen.
Their attention to detail and level of quality is fantastic.

We have just built our 2nd custom home with Rycon Building Group and their quality of work, attention to detail and professionalism is 2nd to none. Nothing is too hard for them and they will help you bring your dream home to life. We didnt even consider another builder and turned to them for a second time to build our dream Hamptons style home. Ryan is great to deal with and his team share his same passion for helping their clients and going above and beyond. If you want a cheap builder then look elswhere. If quality is what you want don't look any further than Rycon and you won't be disappointed. Custom design your own dream and Rycon will bring it to life. I will definetely be back for a third time if we ever build again.

We recently built with Rycon. The team are amazing! From the moment you meet the owner Ryan, you notice how passionate he is about his business and how will make himself available anytime you need guidance throughout the building process. The pre-construction team are lovely and they supported us along the way with every decision that needed to be made. Their project manager, site manager and amazing tradies made the build process easy for us. The advice and guidance that they gave along the way, the quality of their finishes, their communication style and genuine care were outstanding. We love our new home and I love watching people stop and look at it and take photos! Thanks a million team Rycon! 😀

The KWD team recently completed a home design with Rycon Building Group (RBG) and it proved to be one of our all time favourite projects. Working with Janelle and Ryan McKenzie of RBG was a dream, and we helped them to create their vision for a family home that doubles as a home to take their clients through. It was very important for RBG to design a home that gives their clients a feel for what they can create for them.
KWD loved working with Janelle and Ryan to make their vision a reality – sourcing, specifying and supplying many of the hard finishes, internally and externally. From the early briefs on the project it was clear that RBG was very focused on the quality of the materials, the finishes and the workmanship used throughout the property, as well as the warmth, care and attention to detail that makes a house a home. The whole project took over 12 months to complete from the time the plans were approved. Throughout the process we explored new ideas and were inspired to push the boundaries. RBG embraced all of our suggestions even when we pushed them outside of their comfort zone. We really wanted to make it very special so they would attract a new level of buyer, and they trusted us.
A boutique builder, RBG allowed KWD to help them take their business to the next level in luxury and design, and we felt honoured to work with such a dedicated and honest team of professionals who strive for excellence in all they do. From the paint colour scheme, stone work, floor and wall tiles to the timber flooring, tap ware, bench tops and joinery, RBG were open and receptive, and excited to create a functional and attractive space that was warm, intimate and inviting. We also really admired the time and effort RBG spent on the landscaping of the property as it is so important to the overall appeal and use of the home.
It has been a privilege and a delight to working with Janelle and Ryan, and so satisfying in terms of what we were able to achieve. Rewarding, interesting and enjoyable, this collaboration with RBG was such a success that we very much look forward to working with them on future building projects.
