  I contacted MPA Services today after a tradesperson advised me that someone had dumped a pile of asbestos tiles on my vacant block of land that I am preparing to build on. I was in a panic after looking back through my phone photos and realising my son had picked up these tiles when we visited the block last week!
  
  I spoke with Danny on the phone and he asked me to send him photos of the dumped tiles. He quickly got back to me to let me know they did not appear to contain asbestos, but in order to be 100% certain, asked to physically go to the block to have a look first hand to assess them more thoroughly.
  
  After only a couple of hours, Danny messaged me back to let me know that the tiles were definitely not asbestos, and that he also checked over the whole block and could not see anything that could possibly be asbestos related. To say I was relieved would be an understatement!
  
  I am so grateful to Danny for his absolute professionalism and the true kindness he showed by going out of his way without hesitation, to come to my aid in a most anxious moment! Thank you so much Danny!

  Joe and his team were prompt, efficient, informative and honest about the coffee I made for them being too weak. They explained their work, from process to safety and gave assurances on their care and competency. I abhor hiring trades and this was one time where everything happened as they quoted and said it would, from time to cost.

  Absolutely thrilled with the service from Danny and the MPA team!!
  This was the first time I had come across asbestos and he was amazing in assisting me to deal with this, understand what was going on and what needed to be done. His knowledge and clarity is excellent
  His communication, service and follow through with everything as discussed was excellent. I will definitely use him again in the future and be recommending him to anyone that needs help with asbestos.

  Old asbestos-backed sheet vinyl floor was removed professionally by Danny from MPA Services. The work was carried out to the highest standard and the service was excellent. We would use them again.
