Fantastic organisation to work for! Southcare has a positive, dedicated, proactive and enthusiastic team that go above and beyond to ensure they deliver the best possible service, individual to each customer! I have in the past worked for other organisations as a community Support Worker and when the organisation I was previously working for was closing down I started doing a lot of research on different organisations to find one that had values that were inline with my own and personally I felt Southcare stood out above the rest! They have not disappointed, if anything they have exceeded my expectations. Since working for Southcare I can honestly say that they actually 100% stand strong behind the values they promote!
A huge Thank you to the entire Southcare team for making this not only a fabulous organisation to work for, but for the passion, dedication and determination each and every single employee applies to there position to enable us to provide the best individual care possible to all of our fabulous customers! 😊
