Dealt with these guys for 2 years and they were brilliant, I am told there is a new owner and all I can say is WTF. I phoned the office 4 days in a row and no answer: the website that I used to order from is shut down. Finnaly my call was answered and the girl was rude and told me that the office is now open on Thursdays and fridays and in future call another number, like I should know this, FYI she did not give me the new number, so hard to call. it’s been 8 days since I ordered and still no delivery, I have just tried to have a shower and I am now out of gas! P@@@@sed off, and cold. 1 Star is generous.

I've recently bought a large property in the area, and inherited some Elgas LPG bottles. I contacted Riordan LPG Now to get a competitor quote, and was extremely pleasantly surprised with the value compared to the incumbent supplier. Riordan LPG Now replaced the Elgas bottles with a better LPG tank configuration (a challenging task as the tanks were in a difficult location) and happily did so . on a Saturday afternoon. The refills happen automatically - I don't need to contact them to arrange a refill; the tanker simply turns up and tops up. All in all - great, caring, professional, good value service.
