These people are absolute rogues and liars. I give one star because I had to but they don’t even deserve one star. I bought and paid for something through their eBay website because I was told it would take two days. Over two weeks later and numerous phone calls and lies, I found out it was never sent, they don’t have it and never did. The lies and excuses I was given is unlike anything I have ever experienced. I looked on the eBay feedback, Facebook feedback and google feedback and it all seems fairly consistent - stay away from these people. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Paid 600 per tyre for 12 bridgestones. Turned out to be counterfeit. Apparently Bridgestone have never sold truck tyres to them.

2017 July: A man named Eric was very passionate about doing my wheel alignment. It is rare to see an employee working with such a spirit.

2016 November: Staff changed my tyre with a preowned one that produced a 'bulge' after one week. My sister was in danger of dying because of such a tyre -.-. The good news is that I was able to replace it for free.

They have misplaced the spare tyre board of my car. This part cost around $300. I called asking about it after a month they said I am too late!. Not sure why they have not called me or put it aside. Ridiculous.

Zero stars, they fitted passenger tyres to my light truck - when I had paid for more expensive ones. Excuse from the manager Mark was that "We're in Dandenong what do you expect?". Thanks for the geography lesson dudebut that doesn't excuse you trying to rip me off. Give these guys a miss

TERRIBLE SERVICE MARK, bunch of thieves running the place. I bought some tires and paid for them and they refused to give me on agreed price. Mark needs to learn some etiquette' s and customer service skills. My son knows better then him how to deal with a customer. I wouldn't even give 1 star.

Disappointing service. Spent more time trying to type an invoice than attending to car. Had to come back two times because they couldn't replace a light globe properly. Eventually found someone else to do. They are a roadworthy tester, I wonder if they got their licence in a cereal packet staff training questionable. While owner was out staff were kicking a football between our cars. When addressing problem to owner his attitude was things can be worst you can walk outside and get a heart attack. When I rang to complain owner did not return the call. Too much of a carefree attitude.

Would not recommend. Needed one tyre they put on a different size didn't say anything and it was the police who noticed 2 weeks later. Yes they did replace it with the correct tyre after i went back but took forever. Cant say much about the service i think being a girl i got treated like i wasn't welcome there.
