Stay away from this company!

I rent a scooter from this comapny at 28th of January. Everything was ok, I returned the scooter after 7 days, they told me that I would receive my bond back in 10 days. The bond was $250. I have not received the bond back ever since.

No one was answering my emails or phone calls. When i went to the branch they told me that company has a new owner, and he refuses to send the money (bond) to anyone. He told me that he sees in the computer that the payment is ready, but the new owner must approve and send it. He gave me a phone number on the owner, but the owner was rude and not helpful at all.

So basically same problem as many ppl already described in their rewievs, The employees have left the company and when i call the owner he answers rudely respond and does nothing.

I reported them to the Consumer Affairs organisation and tried to get my money back via my bank.

Honestly just stay away if you dont wana lost you money.

Very Good service, quick response from the staff. They didn't charge me any bond. I appreciate the whole service. I strongly recommend others to rent a scooter from ridely.

Best bike rental in whole of melbourne. They have a fantastic team of support staff who take care of all your rental needs . Unfortunately I meet with an accident during my rental and they responded so quickly and resolved the problem seamlessly. I really appreciate Mr. Nicky the fleet manager who handled the accident situation really well. Overall it was really a 5 star experience. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend anyone who are looking for scooter rentals.
Enjoy the ride. Save $$ in parking. No parking fee as car rental. Although rental for 5 days and pay for 7 days rental is still cheapest compare to another motorbike rental or car rental.

Yes, you have to be preparing to embrace truck wind blast/turbulence high way but most of the truck driver are courteously.

Foreign tourist? FAQ mentioned $250 Security bond No cash accepted for the Security Bond.
Don’t worry, check with Cleo - Online Booking Manager will try something to solve your problem.
Consider pay cash for security bond.

Order a new helmet but not available on that day. They offer spare used helmet, if you don’t mind!
If you plan to bring your helmet, please remind to check your personal Helmet meet the Australia ECE22.05 standard. It has label sewn into chin strap/retention system saying "E3-XXXXXXX"
