Terrible customer service and incredibly slow turnaround times. I was provided with an expected completion date within 6 weeks of invoice being paid. Half of my invoice was completed after 3 months. I then requested a time frame for the remaining blinds to be installed. No communication was provided. When there was correspondence it was evasive to the point where i wasn't confident that the remaining blinds to be installed actually existed. After 3 weeks of poor communication from this company i threatened to escalate my complaint with fair trade. After this the blinds were installed. If you don't want to bother with the hassle of going through a complaint process to receive something you have already paid for then don't bother with this company..

I was on a really tight deadline and had never engaged the services of Price Right Blinds before. I was so pleasantly surprised at how quickly they arranged everything. Greg and their blinds fitter have been nothing but pleasurable to work with. The blinds look so good and I cannot be more pleased. Will recommend to everyone!
