I have hired a Virtual Assistant from Voigue since February 2020. They were very helpful in finding a good employee and adapting it to the needs of my business. My company was experiencing major issues with our internet connection, and our ISP insisted it was not their problem and that we should upgrade the service. We got Voigue on-site to diagnose our equipment. They then went above and beyond to contact the ISP's Corporate Support on our behalf to convince them our equipment was not at fault. Our ISP eventually discovered an upstream routing issue and resolved it - which would not have happened had we not asked Voigue to help us.

Voigue are professional, responsive and considerate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will absolutely call them in the future.
