Very professional and helpful with every aspect of Ricoh's service. The team went above and beyond assist with every question and query. Not only did they get our business out of an expensive agreement, they were able to offer new devices of better quality at a reduced cost. Awesome service, support and products, thanks guys!

Very professional company, top quality products, service and support. Sadly many of these poor reviews are attributed to other companies that resell Ricoh products and don't look after there customers (RBC, etc). Ricoh is a nationwide and international company that excels on quality products and service. Ricoh Direct is the best of the best.
