We really enjoyed the food and service here. Yes it's pricey but we expected that, and the quality lived up to the expectation. My partner wanted a wine but wasn't sure what to order, so they brought out a couple of glasses and did a tasting!

Simply the best food in Cairns. Has both a wonderful banquet menu and a more traditional a la carte menu. Very well worth your time and $.

Firstly I need to say Excellent service. A Well presented establishment. Regarding the food I was slightly disappointed ,I expected the flavours to be bolder and more exciting, was just a little bland I thought. The creme brulle was the stand out course, so ended on a high note.

Excellent food, attentive service. A well renowned establishment which should be here for years to come. French food done extremely well. They have a set 3 course menu that changes weekly, and also an à la carte menu to choose from as well. Ambiance is cozy but not enough to hear other table's conversations. Booking recommended.

I have dined here multiple times and always received consistent high quality service. This time with a large group was no exception. The food is simply stunning and packed with authentic flavours and produced using fresh, quality produce. The desserts are near perfection in my opinion and I'm quite a snob when it comes to sweets. Now the best part, the amazing staff, waiters, cooks and sommeliers who work here. I have yet to be to a place in my travels with such great service, knowledge of the food and wine and such attentive staff. The experience is worth every cent and I will continue to come back and keep recommending others to your amazing establishment. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.

Like C'est Bon in Brisbane, this restaurant is absolutely lovely for a romantic or special meal. The $40 lunch value is very good value for the quality of food and the service is fantastic. My partner and I regularly celebrated valentines day at the Brisbane restaurant but sadly missed it in Cairns as it booked out, very popular for a reason.

Best Christmas Eve Meal I've ever had. We arrived at the restaurant about 30 minutes early and lucky for us (party of 3), we were accommodated right away at 7:30 PM. We started off with an amazing selection of red wine and champagne recommended to us by our waiter who had extensive knowledge of regional and global wines. Quickly they brought out fresh bread and we ordered a variety of items. I had the Sauteed Scallops with vinaigrette perlee that was cooked perfectly and tasted heavenly. Then for the main course i had the red wine beef cheek braised over night that was succulent and tasted perfectly. The sides of bacon, mushroom and mash were their own masterpieces on the plate sometimes competing with the beef they were cooked so well. We moved on to a shared dessert of Souffle and a second wine pairing and found there is no better souffle on earth. It was lighter than air and even though it took 20 minutes to prepare we asked for a second helping. The service was unmatched. The chef, the owner and the waiters were French who obviously loved their work and their corner in Cairns and we happily wished each other a Merry Christmas together at the bar after completing the best meal we could recall in years. I highly recommend it when you visit Cairns.
