Food was really good - best egg and bacon roll my father had ever had. Cakes and desserts were delicious and amazing to look at. Service was satisfactory, though wait staff were a little slow, the person on the till was very friendly.

Food here is excellent cakes are quite spectacular. Service is so-so. However, has been at least one case of salmonella here in the last year.

Wonderful array of new mouthwatering cakes, donuts and food.

As busy as always, unfortunately some of the staff seemed as if they were struggling to overcome hayfever. Normally everyone is happy and bubbly.

The cakes may seem a little pricey but compared to the work gone into making them it's well worth the cost.

Have been there a couple of times. While the food looks amazing in the cabinets the flavours aren't always there. The service is ok.

Flavour flavour flavour! Fantastic breakfast menu and very friendly staff, coffee and chai are a must. Indoor and outdoor settings with plenty of colourful deserts to choose from. Highly recommended (especially the green eggs and ham)

The cakes look awesome but I feel they don't taste as awesome as they look, perhaps that's the trade off. Great coffee and good atmosphere. Recommend sitting outside where it is quieter, don't let there weather worry you, it is heated out there.

Good food, menu had a good range of options for both adults and children, well priced. Amazing range of desserts that look fabulous! friendly staff and a great environment - not too noisy and nearby playground makes it great for kids too!

Good food and service. Kinda odd having a chaperone at the door though, although I guess it makes sense due to its popularity. Outrageously popular.

Delicious meals that don't dissapoint! The food is always amazing and the cake range is incredible. A great atmosphere and the staff are always friendly and professional. It's a definite must if you're visiting Canberra.

I had the KFC burger and my fiance had the Baklava Pancake. Both were incredible. A little on the pricey side, but the staff were fantastic and the deserts are top notch :)

Had the hotcakes. They sounded delicious, but they were so cloyingly sweet that I couldn't eat them. I sent them back. They apologised, but didn't offer to replace them or refund my money. Absolutely appalling.

Excellent coffee. Pastries/sweets out of this world. Considered a local icon because of this. Busy but the service is good, so you don't wait long for a table. Presentation of food is good.
I did not enjoy the special sandwich of the day. Bread dry and difficult to cut. Had some sour mustard or mayo or sauce melted into the bread. This was overpowering
But I like my dressings very lightly soured.
I will be back, but will choose more carefully in future.
