  Terrible communication and very poor customer service. We had a full house to move, the truck came and My Moovers had not told the guys doing the move we required a piano moved. They were not equipped to do so and as a result they just left it there. The keys to the property were being handed over that afternoon so we had to immediately find someone else to come and do it instead (for an additional cost obviously).
  Have been following up My Moovers about a refund (for the piano amount) and they just dont get back to you. Very poor communication within their own company and to the clients. Will not be using again.

  Do not use - refer to recent 'A Current Affair' episode involving My Moovers.
  My family booked and paid for My Moovers to shift their possessions. Only half the job was completed, they had to arrange for a new company to complete the job 2 days later as My Movers stopped answering calls, disconnected the mobile number provided and wouldn't respond to emails. This seems to be a common occurrence. Con artists.

  Have used him for two different removals and have always had a good experience. Reliable, very fast while still taking care of my property, all round great service.

  Rude, unprofessional, untrained they broke or damaged ever single item of my furniture. They have been on a Current Afair TV program with hundreds of complaints and are being investigated by Consumer Complaints Dept WA.
  Don't use them they are trouble.

  If I could give this shambolic company a negative star rating I would. They are quick to take your call for a new booking but when you want to follow up the status of your move you will be left on hold til eventually you need to call again. We were scheduled for a move between 7 to 9. At 9 there was no sign of the driver this changed to 10. when I called again I was promised 12. At 12.30 I had no communication I had to call again and was told 4pm They advised they were aware there was no driver but instead of letting me know they didn’t bother. I had cleaners booked with a carpet cleaner scheduled for that afternoon who I had to cancel as they couldn’t come after 5pm on a Saturday which is understandable. As they had other bookings the next day they couldn’t do my vacate clean the next availability was Wednesday. I have now had to reschedule to Wednesday and pay additional rent. If you want to have a successful move do not use this company. Pay for a reliable company not this company
