  Had a generally negative experience with CT Movers to move a 1 bedroom apartment to a new 2 bedroom apartment which was 3 Min drive away. Quote had been obtained and agreed with relation to hourly rate and stairs charges for moving the couch down/up 3 floors as it would not fit in the elevator.
  
  We had already moved boxes and most small items ourselves, leaving the furniture for the movers. I reserved parking bays nearby to the apartment lobbies for the truck.
  
  The 2x Removalists were 2 hours late to the job, arriving approx 3pm. They gave me a call to advise this on the day which was no issues. However upon arrival, it appeared one of the movers was not fully engaged and unmotivated.
  
  There were attempts by the movers to charge double for the stairs charges despite previous agreement with the ct mover office.
  
  Upon arrival at the new apartment. There was an attempt from the men to get prepayment, apparently citing normal policy to request prepayment 2 hours before the estimated end of the job. This was rejected and work only resumed after approx 30 mins on the phone with the ct mover office. Following this, the man became even more disgruntled and unmotivated. Phone calls to the ct mover office with complaints were met with apologies but no remedial actions. My partner and I were required to assist the other mover with moving furniture to accelerate the job.
  
  Overall took approx 5.5hours to move (of which 4.75 hours was charged due to the argument over payment). This was significantly longer than expected based on previous moving experience.
  
  Movers later told me that they were subcontractors, not staff. Their general attitude was to blame the ct mover office for not quoting the job properly.
  
  Would not use ct movers again.

  Really happy with CT movers. They were flexible with my moving dates from the beginning. The movers arrived on time and worked efficiently. Mohammad was very nice and professional. I would easily recommend CT movers to anyone.

  Such good service! No damages to my stuff and they were very helpful in packing the items that I couldn't. Can't praise them enough!

  The removalists were very friendly and made the whole process less stressful. They carefully packed our belongings into the truck and just as carefully unpacked them into our new home. When l got a bit stuck deciding where to put furniture, they were so helpful and offered some fantastic suggestions.
  I would recommend this company.
