The lady called Sue from the perth depot was shocking and unhelpful.Called me to ask if we had a forklift then when we told her we dont. Then she told us that the driver had no time for us to unload ourstuff by hand ( though it would only take max 15 mins) and she'd call me back. Then she called again and said her trucks were too big ( 8 ton trucks) to go a residential area ,then when i told her that i have had 12 ton trucks coming to my property all the time and its totally fine then she turned around and said her company's policy doesnt deliver to a residential address and just brushed it off bluntly saying that i must pick my pallets by 4pm today.

Horrible customer service, there are plenty of better transport companies out there. definitely looking forward to never recommending and using this company again.
