Billy is great. He is always there to help, without him there would have been no way I could have setup thriving saltwater reef tank. He is the best in the business, loyal, genuine and trustworthy.

Amazing service and great shop.
I have never had a fish tank before and a friend of mine gave me his as he was leaving Melbourne. Jack and the delivery guy, both took a lot of time to help me, inform me and make sure I was confident to set my tank at home. I could not be more grateful for their patience and support.

I ordered through their website and almost a week had passed without any updates so I decided to send them an email asking for an update. I didn’t get any response from them but I did receive an automated email that my payment was refunded with no explanation whatsoever. Terrible communication and service. If I hadn’t followed up, I probably would have waited weeks without any word from them. Maybe I was just unlucky because they seem to market themselves as very caring to their customers, but I sure did not feel that way.

An amazing shop for anything and everything you require reef/marine wise. Beautiful fish, amazing corals and fantastic customer service. Jack and Brett are very knowledgeable and always more then happy to answer any annoying questions. To top it all off, the coffee is delightful!
