Wilfrid B visited us in store earlier in the week for our routine inspection and was amazing! He was so friendly, took the time to complete our inspection whilst also having a good chat and laugh with us. Could not recommend Wilfrid anymore and look forward to his return visit 😊

Wilfred B is wonderful! He knows so much about all aspects of pest control and he had some really useful solutions that were natural and not harmful, just deterrents. Highly recommended Wilfred 👌

I cannot speak highly enough of Rentokil's technicians. We have had two fantastic ones, with Wilfrid B being our current person. He is extremely helpful, positive and professional. I will admit that we've had some issues with communications from head office, so if Rentokil can raise that level of customer service to what we receive from Wilfrid, it would be an amazing company.

Fantastic customer service. They went out of their way to understand my request which was to check for possums and rodents. Prompt response and wanted the best outcome possible. Highly recommend.
