My request for a quote was responded in a timely manner. Ron and Leigh were professional and had great knowledge about possums. They were also very informative, explaining about the process/steps that needed to be done to identify the issue and answered all the questions I had. Price was competitive. I am very happy with the result. Highly recommended.

What a great experience I have with these guys.
I normally don't leave reviews for a service because people have different problems and my experience might be different to yours.
I was a bit skeptical at first when I saw them having a 5 star rating with 142 reviews, that seems to be too good to be true. I still gave them a call because they are close to my house in the hope that they can send someone asap.
Out of my surprise Leigh was able to come on the same day. Before he came, he texted me about his arrival time and he did not only show up on time but also identified and solved my issue quickly. I really can't ask for more for a service that is punctual, professional and fairly charged.
I decide to leave this review because I am confident that anyone will be happy with their service just like I do.response / report this review -

Leigh was extremely professional and knowledgeable - he was able to provide a tailored solution that was safe and effective to address our ant problem at home whilst taking into account our family circumstances (ie. young children, pets and being pregnant). I would highly recommend SOS Pest Control and will definitely be engaging their services again should we experience another pest problem!

Ron is extremely knowledgeable about the ‘habits’ of possums. He successfully encouraged the possums to exit from living in our ceiling. A truly professional service. Thank you!
