I have been taking my babies to Railway Ave Vet for over 9 years now and every visit is a pleasure. Everyone is so reassuring, comforting and understanding. I would not take my pets anywhere else. A special thank you to Catherine and Erin. You ladies are amazing. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of my precious ones.

I have been coming to Railway Avenue vet for 15+ years now and Timothy Piper would be by far the best vet I have ever dealt with. He is accurate informative compassionate and extremely helpful. Erin Myers is very thorough also. I have taken all our dogs and cats there from puppies and kittens even purchased our last kitten from them and any issues have been promptly diagnosed and treatment options explained to me clearly operations carried out and follow ups from the vets. The nurses Gemma Phoebe who have been there for a long time aswell as Rachelle and Maddy have all been brilliant. They too are helpful and friendly plus extremely compassionate. It is reassuring for me as a paw parent to know my babies are in the best of hands and getting the best care possible. I would highly recommend them to everyone. To receive a carnation delivered to our house 3 weeks after having my old dog put down there was heartwarming and so very thoughtful. That to me is an exceptional vet above and beyond. Thankyou Railway vet.

If I could give 0 stars I would, staff are rude inconsiderate and guilt trip you hard. Called me neglectful when i do work hard and am very attentive and caring every day to help my dog overcome his allergy, neglectful owners do not go to vets whatsoever or care for there canine the way I do. LOL! careless people who are insensitive and appear rarther unqualified imo and unprofessional. They cannot diagnose simple skin conditions. Seem to be against natural alternatives. I did grab antibiotics however that won't fix his allergy. Incredibly overpriced. My advice is go anywhere expect here. They try to make a buck anywhere possible. Beyond disappointing.

i travel nearly an hour to see my favourite vet Erin, I want the best possible care for my beloved dog , and no where has come close to the quality of care my dog receives here.

Such caring and compassionate staff. Special Thank you To Erin for taking care of Ted and for your guidance and support. Its great to see that care and welfare for the pet and family is given as the first priority instead of how much money can be made.

Thank you to the AMAZING team at Railway Avenue Veterinary Hospital! They saw my 8 week old kitten at extremely short notice, close to closing time and ensured we had a full appointment experience! Thank you Erin for going above and beyond to help our little man!
