I have rented for the past few years and we actually use Harcourts as a reference, we have a great record with previous agency's and have never had any issues, then I rented through home2home, there is far to much for me to list, long story short they ignored questions through email, one of them made a comment about my daughter being in a just a nappy at home (the house had no aircon and it was summer).

Once we lost power to the house I suspected it was the fuse box and called them and asked for a key to open it as we were never given one, I was told they could not bring one over and I could not pick one up as we were in a lockdown with covid I thought to myself ok fair enough, it wasn't until the agent came over 1 week later and asked me to use my drill to drill into the fuse box when I refused she asked if she could use the drill, SOOO why not just say this from the moment I asked instead of keeping my family powerless for a week not to mention with a new-born baby in the home.

The sprinklers stopped working one day and after contacting them multiple times about the sprinkler system they finally sent someone out 3 months later, they replaced the old sprinklers and even added new ones and guess who got charged when I called and asked for management the manager was extremely rude and did not want to listen to a word I had to say (had to try hard to stay professional).

Don't make the same mistake we did stay away from home2home in the Cockburn area, ESPECIALLY KELLY!.

After many years that I have been renting, I have never dealt with any real estate Companies that are as professional, friendly and super helpful as Home 2 Home.
They make u feel so comfortable like we are one big family.
I have been dealing with Lauren as my real estate agent, she is absolutely amazing to deal with, friendly and super bubbly. Not only has she helped me as a single mum and my little boy find house, but has gone above and beyond, to ensure everything was as stress free as possible.
I highly recommend.

Using Home2Home Realty to by my first home was a great decision for me. Bill Penny made everything easy, he was professional, helpful and overall great to deal with, but also made the experience feel relaxed not stressful. I felt no pressure from him to buy , where I had from other companies. I would definitely use him again if I'm looking to buy another property.

I recently found a property that was on the market, contacted Donna, their sales rep, who did not hesitate to meet me on site on the same day and showed me around without hesitation. She took the time to explain all the important features of the house as well as conditions of the sale.

Wow, wow, wow!!

Husband and I were tenants for home2home and Nicky was one to follow everything to a tee. If there was an issue about the home she was upfront and got onto it straight both for us as well as the owners of the home. Being home owners our selves we can honestly say Nicky is the woman we would want doing the job. We received our bond back within 48 hours of handing keys back. Not only is this agent the place to go to have your home rented as they keep such a watchful eye on it, the little details to show they care is incredible. Teatowels, checklist on what to do when moving in (think change of address, turn power on, cancel power ect), detailed reported of prosperity pre and post moving ect.

Thank you Nicky and team Home2home when we buy a house down here we will be wanting to do business with you.

The team at Home 2 Home have managed my rental property for almost 10 years and I have lived interstate and overseas the entire time. Having someone you can trust in that situation is so important to me. There have been plenty of ups and downs over that time, but they have always been professional and have gone above and beyond to help me sort everything out.

Most recently we had a malicious tenant experience and our property manager Jane was a saviour, giving us fantastic advice throughout, negotiating with the tenants to significantly limit the damage before negotiating with our insurance company and managing the entire claim process. She even found us a fantastic new tenants within weeks of the property going back on the market in a tough market.

This all occurred while at the same time I was moving country and had just lost my personal belongings when the removalist filed for bankruptcy. At an extremely challenging time, the support of Jane and the whole team at Home 2 Home was just so valuable and I cannot thank you enough!!!

Fantastic property management team! Jane is such a delight to deal with. Sourced an outstanding tenant, inspections with pictures give reassurance and any maintenance issues are reported promptly and repairs undertaken through a good network of local trades.Addition of online software system also makes the status of payments visible. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

-6 star rated. You have to select 1 star in order to post review. This poor excuse for a real estate has after we have faithfully paid what I loosely call 'management fees' for the last 6 years is refusing to handle the deduction of damages from the tenants bond after they moved out. The house was in a disgusting state to say the least. Where is their accountability for their glowing tenants reports while all the time the place was being trashed by the tenants. Dog had mange, carpets ruined, house stank so much bedrooms could not be even slept in when Vaughan arrived to clean the place up. They gave us the form to fill in to apply to the court to have bond taken to cover damage because it was just too much trouble for them. The vacate report was 3 weeks late and had to be rejected twice. We are seriously out of pocket and the tenant gets the reward of their bond being returned almost in tact, except for what we negotiated with the tenant direct. I rate them -6 and would not recommend them in a fit. Landlords beware!!

My first rental experience in Australia and what a nightmare. The place was filthy, all windows and door runners full of dead insects and sand. Filthy oven, couldn't put clothes on shelves for dust and dead insects, dirty tile grout. Hot water not working properly for several days. Lawn like a paddock overgrown bamboo and a shed full of rubbish, bulbs blown. PM (owner) has no people skills and teaches staff to be rude and unhelpful like her. Left place clean and tidy way better condition than I got it. Shes had unnecessary tradespeople in billed me. Won't refund rent she advised was overpaid. Billed me for landlords responsibilities and threatened to charge me for her time when we go to court.
**Department of Commerce upheld my allegation regarding the use of the overpaid rent**
Said: Having reviewed the information, the conduct of the Agency is of concern and therefore they have been educated regarding this breach.

We asked Donna from Home 2 Home Realty to help us find an investment property. Nothing was too much trouble. She listened to our requirements and showed us a number of suitable properties all at times that were much more convenient for us, than for her. Donna kept us in the loop with emails showing stats for the areas where we were looking and also giving us a history of each property we looked at. Poor Property management, they can't find you tenants quickly, you need to double check your rental statements as their accounting skills are poor, they often make mistakes in their calculation (under charge or over charge on admin fees). They don't deal with tenants effectively and don't know how to keep good tenants.

Some office staff are unhonest & they cover up for each other's laziness.
