i bought an iphone 6 almost 2 years ago. the phone crashed recently and it was the phones fault, it was dodgy. apple wouldn't replace it for free only because it is an american phone.. radio rentals said at least a month ago that they are sending me out a replacement phone, been at least a month and im still waiting for that phone. (still paying off the dodgy one too) as the days go by their excuses continue. at this point i think 1 star is being generous.

Great service and help in any thing we had to ask even about moving interstate.

Couch is crap and broke twice in two different places and told we would get a credit for it and it never happened and they didn't even fix the second bit broken to it and they don't even bother to answer their phones no matter when you call them. You can't always be busy
