  Horrible-Rude and lazy organisations. Ive lost my dog due to their lazyness.
  Claiming, i contacted other shelter late whom the rspca gave my spoodle to but if they had cared and tried to reunite my dog and myself when i began looking for my dog then i could have my dog back but because none of them even bothered to look for my dog then it was too late when i did finally locate my dog as they've sold him to someone else..!
  This is just in brief what truly happened but the moral of my feedback is, RSPCA are truly an evil organisations and what they did to me is totally disgusting because they're just about making money and the rspca title must and should be removed..!
  It despises their title or their brand..!!!
  Its been nearly 1year since my Bobby was taken away from me by rspca but i still miss him so much and evryday I'm contemplating whether i should destroy this yagoona rspca!!

  I have alsways taken our anaimals to the RSPCA and generally I experience great service. However today, I spoke with the receptionist Sarah, she was extremely rude and as a result it has impacted my view of the RSPCA. I have pet insurance with the RSPCA and Sarah provided contradictory information and spoke to me in such a disrespectful manner. I am disappointed in the service I received.

  I had my two ferrets booked in for desexing and called letting them know i was going to be late but when i arrived i was very rudely told its too late and then told they couldnt even be desexed because the male was not upto date on vaccinations which should have been said was needed when the appointment was booked. Overall the staff were very rude and they were incompetent to the point of not even telling people what is required before the surgery.

  I took a stray kitten into the RSPCA and was told very rudely by a girl working there that the RSPCA do not take stray animals and I should take it to the pound and that if I leave the kitten with them they will put it down (even though it was a perfectly healthy kitten) because they don't receive any government funding - her exact words! I am shocked and appalled at their staffs lack of compassion towards animals. Why would they work in a place that is meant to help animals if they have no regard or kindness for animals?? No longer am I supporting, donating or dealing in any way with this organisation which is clearly only run to make a profit from animals and hide behind the mask of animal welfare while their management and staff pocket the profit.

  Sadly I had to make the heart breaking decision to end my companions time. As a starving stray in 2008 he had a comfortable and loving home with me for eight and a half years.
  I was comforted with the empathy and initial treatment of Bella and due to his age it was the agreed to give him ever lasting sleep.
  He is buried in my garden amid shady trees where he used to sleep on occasions.
  I intend, when I have saved for the cost, to come back to this lovely place and purchase another companion.
  Thank you for the support and care of Bella and myself from the Staff.
