🐈🐱 ‘Milo’ has come home a different cat 🐱 He was so timid, and a fussy eater! But now he is really affectionate 🐱 I would just lile to say a BIG thank you, to ALL of the veterinary TEAM, particularly the kennel staff and nurses, for spending the extra time with him, and giving him love and cuddles, during boarding 🐱 As his owner and buddy, I really appreciate it, that he had a holiday as well over the Christmas period 🐱🐈

Great care and attention at very reasonable prices. Dr Kate was very gentle but thorough with my old cat. Highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome - really care for my boy (Junior / Jug). Contacted me late in evenings on emergencies, and even made time for me to provide quick efficient solutions. Very detailed, and really appreciate it. Highly recommended.

I would call and they'd pick up and hang up. Easy review. Details: I had called twice. The first time, I heard the phone pick up, and then it was immediately hung up. I tried calling again and the same thing happened, but that time I heard a woman's voice in the room, as if she was speaking to someone else. After writing my initial Google review, which was one star and the sentences, "I would call and they'd pick up and hang up. Easy review.", I received a voice mail message from a woman named, Kylie. I called her back and found out that she had read my review. She explained that they were having phone issues. I told her that I was shopping around for cat haircut prices. She said that she would get someone at the animal hospital to call me back and answer any questions I may have. Someone did call, and I go the info I needed. Now, Kylie had called me a second and third time. The third time, she left a voice mail message asking if I had the cat haircut stuff sorted. Then she mentioned how my negative Google review is hurting the animal hospital's rating. I think staff members shouldn't pick up the phone and then hang up. They should greet us on the phone and put us on hold.

Took my kitten here when he ate something he want supposed to! Vet was quick to act, lovely and calm. I found it very professional service and will definitely be back for check ups from now on. They also where not as expensive for a late night visit, compared to other vets in Sydney, which wasn't a selling point (their friendly service was!) Was a nice note.

Professional care and friendly receptionists and staff. Unavoidably expensive, if you have the money to care for your little furry family member, this is the place to take them to. Incredible service and level of care

My dog has been a frequent visitor to this clinic for dentals, check up and routine care. Recently my bear had knee surgery done and all the staff who took care of him went above and beyond to make him comfortable and loved during his surgery and recovery time. Bear is back to being a happy little pup again.

Extremely valuable extended opening hours. Caring staff. Can be a long, unpredictable wait and i think it's more expensive than my regular vet.

Will charge thousands and then fail to diagnose a very sick cat. I think maybe they are not very expert. Good for routine pet maintenance. Get someone better if it's serious

Lovely staff and very helpful on the numerous time I've had to take my cat in. Opening hours are great and ideal being around the corner so easy to drop off.

Great local vet, open long hours 7am - 11pm. I trust them with my fur-babies. I've used them for boarding and medical treatment.

I really like the opening hours of this vet hospital; it's easy to get my pets seen outside of work hours. The reception staff are great too. I recently had my little dog boarded there for a couple of days, which was very reasonably priced and easy to drop off and pick up at the times I needed to. My darling was happy enough when I picked him up so all is good. I would only have liked it better if the staff had contacted me while I was away to let me know if he was doing okay.
