Fast and clean workshop

avoid at all costs. terrible customer service. took four days to do a one hour job. they ordered the wrong part for my car and never ring you to you update you and you are constantly ringing them to find out whats going on. clueless

What a joke, we have been RAC members for so many years, so moving to Mandurah we thought support them who are local.
I booked in for an early service to get the car serviced quickly, they told me it would take, a couple of hours or more, we live 20 minutes away, so we didn't ask them to drive us home just could they drop us off at the local shopping centre, while it was being serviced, which was 3 minutes drive away, so we could wander around and wait for the service to be done, we are both in our seventies so even though it is only 3 mins drive away from the RAC, it is too far for us to walk there both having walking long distance difficulties. We were told we can't drop you off because if we do it this time you will expect it next time, this was said by the service manager.
I thought that with being an RAC member and customer service being important they would help us out, apparently they are not interested in repeat business. Would I recommend them absolutely not!!!response / report this review -
