When I tried to pick up my car it was put into storage without permission and I couldn't pick it up without paying them storage fees. Everytime I approached them to pay they said they didn't know how much it would cost. In the end I had to get the insurer to take my car off them and had to pay them over three thousand dollars in storage fees. That's right they charged me $3000+ in storage fees without any shame.

Was extremely flexible around making the repairs as cheap as possible (I wasn’t sure if insurance would cover me), spent time with me on the phone to work around what I needed and for my car back to me very quickly!

Extremely honest, humble and high quality mechanic. Thanks Andrew

We picked our car up today and were very impressed with the excellent job done by the guys at Balcatta Panel & Paint! Someone had backed into our car, but now it looks like new again, all polished & shiny. I was impressed with how quickly Bryan did a quote for me when I first rang them. He said: "Come on down and I can do it for you now"! (The other company I rang had given me a date three days later, just to get a quote.) My husband and I both felt very happy with the good communication we received from them and for the way they were happy to answer any questions we had about details.

Fantastic experience. Had a bumper and panel repair 6 weeks ago. Reasonsble price, loan car and a perfect job.

Cut to today - accidentally knocked rear bumper off backing out of garage. Went down to Balcatta Panel and Paint for a quote - and as it was minor they FIXED IT ON THE SPOT. Plus, did some touch up and polished the area affecred. When I asked "How much?" I was told "Don't worry about it"

Truely gentlenen and best service in Perth by Far!!!

We had our Subaru Forester repaired 18 months ago. We were able to have tow truck drop car off after hours at workshop after the accident and they sorted the rest. Insurers approved the quote and we got our car back within 3 weeks when accident happened over Christmas shutdown period. Very happy with service and repairs. Great friendly team - 5 stars.
