During COVID stage 4 restrictions, our family home was faced with a major issue of maggots falling off the ceiling, and living in an area where possums are a nuisance- we identified something was not right. On calling the friendly staff- they were very helpful and very clear about the cost and organised a person to attend to the job straight away. Couple of hours from the call the guy came and was very helpful and clearing the dead possum and the disinfecting the area. And also advised how we can prevent it from happening further.
Thank you to the awesome team of Protech Team for delivering such awesome service!!

I was really impressed with Panos. I required Protech for a complete household spray inside/out: Fly infestation, pest - spider, rodent and cockroach treatment He arrived on time, listened to my queries, confirmed what he was going to do and then recapped things he’d found once completed. Good service and Professional organisation.
We had problems with Spiders, Cockroaches, millipedes, moths and carpet insects. Mr Panos came out and inspected the facility and advised the steps to illuminate these pests. About 30 min into the spray, as I was about to leave so he can start inside the premises, I see dead spiders around the outside.I was amazed how quick and effective his process in eliminating these pests. Highly recommend! Great service

I found the service to be effective. We used it for white tail spiders and other spiders in general as we have large trees from another property hanging nearby and that seems to increase spiders inside our house, especially the bedroom closest to the trees. But since being sprayed this has kept them at bay for quite sometime. And I'm happy to use them again. The spray has kept the spiders away and we are fairly sensitive to chemicals but found it did not effect us , which is why I have used it again.
The customer service ladies are very helpful in organising the appointment and the technician is prompt and professional. The price is very fair, and worth it for peace of mind.

Melbourne Termites, Protech Pest Control, These guys were amazing, every time i called they recognized who i was, and asked how we were going. very friendly, on time.
Our pest control service man was Amazing!
Very happy with there services, hopefully i never have to use pest control again but if i do, i will be using these 100%.

We have had an intense ant infestation in our upstairs bathroom. My wife is extremely cautious when it comes to chemicals in the house and particularly the bathroom. She had had enough and searched up Protech Pest Control. I made the phone call on Monday morning, they were out onsite the following day. Their customer process is second to none from my perspective, the ladies on the phone could not have been more patient and helpful as we had plenty of questions and called them numerous times with questions, never once was it an issue. On the morning our service person was to arrive, they called 40 minutes prior to alert us, he arrived as scheduled, and could not have been more helpful, and particularly he could not have been more patient, with all the questions. Josh was our service guy, a fantastically respectful guy, who takes great pride in his work. We left him in our house without a single worry, and he locked the door on the way out. We reached out post job with more questions to the reception, and was put through to the owner, who was also extremely helpful and patient, this company is an awesome representation of what customer service is and how to treat your customers well. We are very confident that the solution they offer actually works also, as we haven't had an ant since he was onsite. Great company clearly could not speak more highly.

Our experience with Protect Pest Control has been great. After dealing with a couple of pest control companies, I contacted Protech to help solve our pest issue. The office staff were very friendly and efficient and returned my calls promptly. Muzi was wonderful, when I first spoke to him on the phone he discussed my concerns at length and then he came to our property and thoroughly investigated the issue and gave us some options. We felt that he and his team went above and beyond what we expected and we would have no hesitation in recommending Protect Pest Control.

Very dissapointed. I haven't even confirm for the time to do the job. Tim booked us in and sent someone down, that guy will charge $110 if not go ahead with the possum removal job. We had no choice but had to go ahead. Everyone are upseting!!!!

I've been using Protech for over 5 years now for both my home and business and have been very happy with the results and would highly recommend. I mainly have Dwayn service my home and cafe and find him very informative and friendly, always happy to explain what he is doing and very thorough! I have used many different pest control places and this one is by far the worst one yet! We had spiders the entire 6 months after spraying and calls to them to complain were anything but helpful. After 4 1/2 months everything else came back also huge spiders, earwigs, ants, cockroaches the works! Terrible value for money and the service stinks, I definately do not recommend!
