  We can NOT recommend Mike's. The sales guy said it would be a few hundred dollars on top of the quote because they couldnt see the concrete slab with the old carpet still down. Come the day of installation and Mike's demanded $1500 more before they even arrived. So this extra cost could of been included in the quote. It was actually used to pay the layers. We could of gone with some one cheaper. Poor form Mike's. A friend isn't getting a quote from them on our advice.

  We recently got our new house carpeted from Mike's Carpet and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From the selection and suggestions to the installation and even support, everything was handled so well and professionally. Quality of the carpet is exceptional and we'll definitely be recommending them to anyone!

  Thank you. Mikes carpets had a very good selection of carpets. We got great customer service from the lady who was working there. She arrange for delivery to be organised for the same next day. The delivery guys dropped off the carpet. They were friendly and polite. Thanks again.

  Major red flag!!! 🚩 🚩🚩🚩
  Run!!! Don’t look back and just RUN!!!!
  Saw Venkat who quoted me for my rental. I was required to pay 70% deposit to book and the remainder 30% a day before the job will be done. I have never done business with anyone that requires such a big percentage as a deposit and also require full payment to be made before the installers come and do the job.
  My question: how do I know they’ll even show up? How do I know they’ll do a good job?
  Also… The 70% deposit is non refundable!!!! Thank goodness I read the reviews on here before committing to them.

  Competitive prices, Great Service, Great people to deal with. Hassle free commissioning and installation of Hybrid floors. Very flexible. Worked around our commitments for installation. Addressed all our concerns previous and post installation. Great customer service team. Really happy.

  Mike’s Carpets are deceptive and have owed us a refund since late 2020. Months later and we still have not received the money back.
  The told us they could do the job requested, replacing floorboards in laundry, they changed the day three times. Then finally arrived, cut into the floor and promptly decided they couldn’t do the job after all. They then tried to tell us we had lied in the description, to only back down about this later. We had to get the cuts they made fixed and floors done by someone else and they now refuse to contact us about getting the money back even though each time we get through they say they are working on it. Reprehensible behaviour, totally unprofessional and I wouldn’t use them again, and encourage others not to waste their time and money.

  Great quality carpet! We are very happy with the staircase and two bedrooms we had done. Lovely team that installed and rear communication in the lead up. We are located in Carlton and they had no issue coming from Dandenong to do it. Thank you
