Gill was awesome! Would highly recommend. He got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions.
He kept me updated when we had bad weather and made sure booking a new time was going to be convenient for me.
Really informative and gave me lots of information about our house and keeping spiders away. Did a really impressive job spraying around our house and went above and beyond by doing other areas like our bins and mail box.response / report this review -

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Gill from Hero Pest Control. We had a really bad springtail problem and no matter what we tried or how much money we spent on products nothing would get rid of them. So lucky we found Gill who made sure that every last bug was gone and also followed up with us and was so thorough. He really went above and beyond for us which is so rare these days. He is so friendly , honest and reliable and just a genuinely lovely person . Have recommended him to everyone and haven’t had a single bug in my home since ! We are so happy, thank you so much Gill!

Gill is excellent to deal with. Very professional and sound knowledge on pest controls. Very polite and patient. Did a thorough inspection and advised on steps to stop ants / rats. Highly recommend his business. He won't disappoint.

Gill was professional and kept us updated throughout. He was responsive as needed and was happy to cater to our timings as our schedule was quite busy. The work done was great as I haven't seen any spiders around the house.
He was easy to deal with and answered any questions we had. I recommended Gill to one of my friends and she had a similar experience.

Great service. Very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. Gill had done my brothers house, and after seeing the results I had to have it done at my house.
He completed spider and ant treatment all around my property.

I previously called a big company but they didn't solve the problem. After 2 visits from them 4 months apart, the problem persisted. Called Gill and got the job done, for good.

Gill was so professional and helpful! He located a dead possum on our roof that was causing all the larvae and maggots on my kitchen. He was very informative and knowledgeable, helping us with the entire infestation process. Thanks Gill!

This is our 2nd time with Hero Pest control .Its again fantastic Service & excellent job done.we are very happy with the results.First year we had problem with rats,ants and spiders but we are very satisfied since we r using this guy ..definitely using Hero pest Control next time if required
