Opted for Pristine Pools after a poor service elsewhere and was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism shown from Bj's team. A wonderful experience all round.

The Coconut Grove crew were good when you could go in and get your water tested but the home visit service is a bit of a mess. The fellow who visits is great. Very friendly and helpful. The people doing the billing in admin for the visit are far less helpful. 3 stars.
