Highly recommend Pedders Alice SpringsRickie was absolutely awesome when we had issues with our camper trailer suspension. As we needed it fixed prior to setting up, he was awesome in assisting with whatever was needed to get us back on the road (which for us, included arranging for a part to be welding up.) Cheers Rickie!!!!!

Could not have been looked after better!!
Old airbags removed, new HD springs and shocks arranged and installed under 24 hours after making initial urgent enquiry to meet strict deadline on a busy Friday.
Quality finish to my 100 series GXL and invoice value under the quoted price.

Firstly for making time to look at our vehicle “ under warranty” from another pedders outlet.
Apart from the relaxed professional customer service they did a thorough job and discovered some potentially very dangerous things wrong with our vehicle.

As a car enthusiast who has brought an assortment of vehicles to workshops all over the country, I can report that Pedders Alice Springs is a joy to visit. This place radiates class. From the V8 water feature/fountain outside reception to the cut-away models in the shopfront and the pristine workshop, this place is impressive. And that's just the visuals. Bruce and his team are friendly and professional and talked me through the process from diagnostics to a range of options for fixing problems caused by worn bushes and aftermarket springs fitted by the previous owner of my WL Caprice. Highly recommended.

After a rugged and rocky detour to Dalhousie Springs down the Hamilton Station track, I called into Pedders Alice to get a diagnosis of the suspension and steering on my Mitsu Challenger, as a knocking noise had developed. Travis and his team very kindly fitted me in last minute on a Friday, providing me a diagnosis at a very fair price, and giving me peace of mind to keep driving to Darwin.
They also kindly provided me with a lift to and from my accommodation whilst they looked into the issues. And the decor and styling of their office is the best in any auto shop I've seen. Recommended!response / report this review -

What a fab experience. After a little set back from other suppliers, Pedders pulled through at short notice and made sure we were back on the road in time to continue our journey. And what an amazing little shop they have too, a car buff's delight. Thanks boys.

Excellent service. We were on our way same afternoon after needing new shocks for our camper. They had them in stock and fitted them within a couple of hours. Service with a smile, up front quote and zero fuss. Thanks very much Travis!

I had my wheel bearings checked early one morning driving on the way to the Kimberly as I was concerned that they may have been loose, Bruce happily checked them as a courtesy and sent me on my way. About 3 weeks later I developed some other mechanical difficulties which had me recovered from the Tanami track by flat bed. I contacted Master Tech and Bruce had the parts ordered from Melbourne (rear diff housing) even before the tow truck had dropped me off. Mater Tech went beyond the definition of customer service and slotted me into a very busy schedule, keeping me informed of every aspect of the job, correctly diagnosing issues that other mechanics had failed to in the past, they were also ingenious with very practical ideas for additional repairs which saved me money and had my problems fixed properly. I carn' t recommend Bruce and his team highly enough, they have high tech professional and innovative experience coupled with good old country style customer service. Thanks again Bruce.
