My husband and I went out for a mid week meal. When we saw the outside of the restaurant we didn’t expect much. Looks can be deceiving. The food was absolutely delicious and very authentic. We will certainly be visiting again!
Damn delicious food! Place was clean and cold water was brought over right away. When we came in it was nice and quiet and food was served pretty quickly. I think if I'm in a rush I might call ahead and order on the phone, but it's absolutely worth the price. The portion sizes are decent, and spice level can be adjusted! Staff is super nice and willing to have a chat to help you decide. Definitely will bring friends for dinner and if anyone comes from interstate I think it's worth a drop in and taste!
Family favourites were the chole bhatura (can share between 2 people) and Mango chicken (you won't want to share this sweet and savoury dish).
Really, really good Indian! Quite busy in there (understandably). Restaurant is pretty cool and has a lively atmosphere. Well done chefs we'll definitely be back :)
Food great! We loved it. Traditional Indian cuisine on the menu but also some more unique dishes. As frequent visitors to India, we enjoyed the Indian decor . We will definitely be back!
Delicious food! I’ve come here a handful of times and it never disappoints. Great for Big groups so you can share a few dishes.
I have ordered cheese Manchurian with other items. It’s Made from paneer. It was disgusting. No one agrees it’s look like a Manchurian. Small Fried pieces of paneer with some green capsicum and onion with lots of sweet chilli sauce. I have mentioned I would like spicy all items. I like the service they provide but it’s a really joke when u cook something u don’t know how it’s looks like. I would like to attach photo here but I couldn’t find option. I have send photo to the owner how his staff made it and how it really looks.
My partner and I ordered the butter chicken and vindaloo lamb. Omg. They were so good. Combining both curries together is like the A+ combo. One of the best Indian restaurant I've tried so far. Even the naans were thin and crispy. Should get the mango lassi to go with the food. Very good complement. The waiter and waitresses are friendly too.
Delicious and aromatic food with good service and reasonably priced."
"Better in terms of quality, quantity .
ordered butter chicken which is always great. Then the sahi lamb was all sauce with little meat.
Also ordered 1x cheese naan and 1x garlic naan for $7 each but only got plain naan @ $5.
Ordered through Uber eats which claimed to only take 35 minutes but arrived nearly an hour later.
Still enjoyed the meal but very disappointed with portion sizes, wrong naan and delivery time
Food was good but inconsistent when it comes to servings. Bought a goat curry and 2 orders of garlic naan. Goat meat was only 5 small pieces (not even half of the container). And the garlic naan was only 1 order when I opened it at home. Otherwise the food taste was good.
Excellent food an great service been there before and will go back again. every one enjoyed the evening thanks to the great staff
Not a bad Indian restaurant, I haven't yet tried their lunchtime dosa set, but have been there for dinner twice. The staff are quite pleasant and friendly, the ambience relaxed, and the food is enjoyable.
I would generally rank this as a mid-tier Indian restaurant for Darwin, with no outstanding dishes in both my visits, but no real complaints. Make sure to order a variety of food to taste as much as possible :)
Great service and excellent food,Yummy Naan! We often go to Indian Curry Paradise and have never been disappointed.
