We found the staff at Home Instead to be very well trained. They were flexible in helping my husband and were always respectful and very kind. The office staff were always extremely helpful and accommodating when we needed extra support for my husband. We were able to have consistent carers and this made a huge difference as my husband was able to develop trust in his carers. The carers brought many personal skills to their work. They were patient and responsive to what was happening . My husband has a neurological condition which fluctuates and they were able to adjust to his requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead if you need carers, and I have recommended them to my friends and colleagues.

Yasmin our care coordinator is an exceptional human being who genuinely listens, identifying appropriately and verifying our mother’s particular needs were actually being heard and most importantly were being met.

Home Instead understands effective communication is essential by being “consistent” with “follow-ups”, monitoring and liaising with our mother, family members and updating essential information.

I wish to thank the outstanding team at Home Instead Senior Care for actively listening and supporting my needs to stay at home comfortably for almost a year now. I have experienced two previous service providers who did not deliver what they promised. Home Instead Senior Care are a professional compassionate team who really see each client as unique individuals tailoring to their specific requirements. It is very personal knowing and sharing your daily life with carers who truly care, respect, understand and fulfil your needs. The Home Instead Senior Care Team deserve a 6-star rating because they give more, do more and nothing is too much to provide quality service for their clients.
