  Very poor restaurant equipment in Australia. I had purchased two brand new bain Marie CRB-12 (CRB-122008006 [replaced after two months of wait on first purchased product which become fault on the day 1 of operation CRB-12191009] and CRB-121910006). Both of them had another fault with not exceeding the temperature of 26degress. I have been chasing with this SIMCO team for last one month and my restaurant could not operate without Bain Marie’s as they are the source to keep the food safe for customer. I had to close the business for almost 4 months ((July and August 2022 month ( and also in Dec 2021 and Jan 2022))because of this SIMCO equipment.
  Customer service Is extremely bad and worst ever that I have seen so far in Australian company. Same lady voice with diffident names - Shayne, Jenny, Kona, Etc. no one will call you back or respond to your query. They will say we understand your frustration. But no action will be taken. DO NOT BELEIVE THEIR WORDS AND PRODUCTS AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SIMCO TEAM.
  their warranty has to cover for 4 years but they will say we can only cover 1 year and your product is out of warranty immediately after it comes fault again and again.
  *** I want to give zero star as the system not accepting I had to give 1 star to this bad equipment and poor customer service.

  I have been working very closely with Simco Group, Danica in particular, I am amazed with their customer support and how well they care of their customers. Danica and her department are consistently proving to be one of the best Catering equipment manufacturers out there and are no doubt one of the best!!

  Terrible experience with this company. Have been dealing with a faulty cake display that costed almost $4k for 2 years now. The first unit broke down shortly after purchase and it took them two months to fix it, then it broke again and they had to replace it for a new one. That took another two months. The new one broke down again a month ago and we are still
  Waiting for it to be repaired. Probably the worst quality piece of equipment we have in our restaurant.

  It showed up rapidly after the buy and had precise shipment following.
  I was reached about my request and after my request to check my data and fulfilment.

  Purchased a freezer and they were so helpful in helping me pick the size that suited me and helpful with the logistics of the delivery. I then had an issue with the glass doors of the freezer not sealing properly and they were so courteous and helpful (turns out it was actually my fault cause I put them on back to front!)
  The before and after service is excellent. Would recommend to everyone.

  My partner opened a café 8 months ago and was shown these brands by our local Catering Supplier, who said at the time these products are new to Australia.
  
  We were cautious at first as we hadn’t heard of the brands and didn’t want to be burnt by some cheap import, so we did some research.
  
  When I googled the brands I was surprised to see how popular these products were overseas. These brands are in the top sellers in US & UK.
  
  I read a lot of good reviews! So we got a few quotes for different brands but the one with Atosa & Cook Rite products was just so much better in many ways.
  
  We saved thousands of dollars and yet got better warranty’s with these brands and when the equipment arrived, we were not disappointed.
  
  Beautiful! The quality was definitely not sacrificed! If you need anything for a café or restaurant etc then you should check these brands out.
