I am changing from Auscare to another provider after 8months of total dissatisfaction and very poor customer service.
Messages are never acknowledged or responded to.Communication is appalling.Many of those providing transport are using their private vehicles that are filthy!
It is evident that the support workers have little training and are unable to perform simple tasks or need to be micromanaged.
So disappointing and a total waste of my NDIS funding!

such a bad company to work for!! Very selfish and just wants profits!! 😡 will never recommend this place. Always promises services they dont deliver and not even a single call! Stupid idiotzzz! Id rather work for a reputable company

I was injured being the "model" for hoist training. Not enough trainers to supervise various levels of competency. Staff saw my injury, never offered a refund or an apology when I mentioned it to management. Would highly recommend going anywhere else for training!
