Really nice day trip with great staff on board. Particular highlight was snorkelling with a guide. Nice lunch. Worth the money.

We had a great day! The Poseidon crew were informative, helpful and fun. Getting to experience such a beautiful part of the ocean knowing you have a team watching out for your safety makes it easy to relax and enjoy Nemo and all his friends

Fantastic tour with a great crew! Very professional, fun and a lot of expertise about the reef and marine life. Did the tour with three people, one person snorkelling, one person introductory diving and one person certified diving. We all loved it!

Excellent experience diving with the Poseidon team! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They split the divers up into two groups which was great, as the dives wouldn't get too crowded. Mat, one of the dive instructors, was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable about the 3 different dive sites we went to and the briefings he gave pre dive were great. During the dives he pointed out a lot of unique marine life and afterward taught me a lot about some of the different species. He was also very kind to notice when I was cold after a dive, and provided a vest to put over my wetsuit. There was hot teas, coffee, muffins and cakes at the first and third dive site, and a large buffet style lunch at the second. You could also buy alcohol on board, and sea sickness pills or ginger. All in all it was a great day and a great experience. I highly recommend :)

Also a big shout out to the coach driver who picked us up from cairns in the morning. He was extremely friendly and sweet. Along the drive he pointed out wallabys and some Australian landmarks. It was like a tour! Amazing drive along the coast. Thank you to him and everyone at Poseidon!

Absolutely phenomenal. I am from the UK and this is my 4th Barrier Reef trip. It's by far the best Reef trip I have done. Agincourt reef 3 was awesome ! The Poseidon(Quicksilver) staff do this day in day out but you'd think from their fantastic attentiveness that this was still a new and awe-inspiring adventure to them. What an amazing day. Thanks guys ;)

Went on a snorkeling plus diving tour with them. These guys are fantastic, very lively and very friendly bunch of people. All the diving instructors are wonderful, with special thanks to my instructor Jennifer. All the staff members paid careful attention to all the passengers and attended them immediately in case anyone needed any help (which happened a lot as rough seas aren't everyones' game). Lots of food available. Had the best day ever!

Fabulous day out. I'm not a strong swimmer but the staff really put me at ease. There were life jackets and floats available and one of the staff made sure she was on hand as I went into the water and stayed with me while I got used to the snorkel. The tour visited three locations on the outer reef and we also had the option of a small group guided tour at the last location - a couple of tour options for different levels of snorkeling experience. It was great to learn about some of the biology of the reef as we swam. I'd especially like to thank the staff member who helped get me started and who also led a fantastic tour. (Sorry, I didn't remember her name).

Spent 2 days in a row (6 & 7th Nov '15) out on Agincourt Reef with Poseidon. Had such a good day the first trip I rebooked a second that evening.
From coach transfer, to check in to meet and greet at your Vessel was some of the best customer service I have experienced ever. The crew on the Poseidon spend a lot of time looking out for and after you. Expect to complete a Medical Condition form and DON'T CHEAT! I found the crew, sincere, devoted and dedicated. In my 2 days, I never felt like a number.
It's an all day trip so take your hat, sunglasses, bathers, towel and sunscreen, chemical free if you can as we need to protect our Reef. Plenty of food and drinks are provided. If you have an underwater camera take one however they can be hired on board for $68 with a SD card you get to keep.
The Crew make for a truly enjoyable day keeping you fed, watered, cleaning up after you, educating you and most of all SAFE! The Reef is MAGIC
