Purchased a 3 day pass and was told last pickup was midnight. I called the driver at 1153pm and the phone rang out. Called about 7 times. At about 1210 we had to use a different shuttle service and pay extra. I would not use this company. Very unprofessional.

Terrible driving to and from port Douglas from Cairns. Driver oblivious to how fast he was taking every corner and round a bout. BYO sick bagor just use someone else

Avoid their local bus service. Says its every half an hour, sells only return tickets but frequency of service seems very sporadic.

Also a taxi is probably cheaper if there's more one of you.

Extremely unhelpful and rude PIA! We paid over the phone in November last year for a book of bus tickets ($125) they were apparently mailed to us and we never received them. Even though the office has a record of the numbered tickets, which they could make 'unusable' they refuse to give us a refund until the tickets are returned. Which is impossible because they are hardly going to turn up after more than 2 months.. PIA indicated that I may be going to the trouble of hassling her for a refund suggesting that she can't be sure that i didnt receive them!! After spending $2000 plus over the past 2 years at CRC I am disgusted at the response to my request.
