Great Crew, sheltered moorings, Indian Ocean and Lakes access. Mix of motor boats yachts catamarans and houseboats.
Friendly and helpful residents only given to excessive celebrating, occasionally.
Power water safety and security to all jetties.
Well founded ancillary and support services including chandlery mechanical repairs, fine dining and licensed premises as well as an awesome Fish n Chips shop.
Spectacular bridge, great fishing, regular dolphin visits.
