Lovely natural wooded park. Old but clean ablutions. Basic camp kitchen. Beautiful lighting at night.

Great little find staff amazingly helpful even in my blonde moments.
Surroundings so peaceful and the fact it's all bush and not the usual lawn and odd tree makes it special.
Clean facilities and the fact there are so many fire pits and benches makes it a real camping experience with comforts.response / report this review -

Camped 1 night so didn't get to use all the facilities. However they looked clean and very handy if we had stayed longer. Great fire pits and beautiful forest scenery. The kids loved climbing the logs, jumping in puddles and just exploring. Very close to the town centre and easy to get to from Perth. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is we didnt use all the facilities for our stay. Well worth a trip out 😊

Good quality amenities, great location in the forest and also within easy reach of the city (Perth). Like most caravan parks, you need to be quiet at night so suits an older crowd.

Love it. This place is awesome. The owners are friendly, the facilities are great and well maintained and its a super peaceful getaway for a weekend. Highly recommended.

Love the place. We hit the MTB tracks and then sit by the camp fire at night. Sensational.

Stayed in a chalet overnight for a family wedding nearby. Wish we stayed longer. Chalet was very neat and tidy.

Great place especially for the children with the surrounding forest and layout. Don't forget to bring bikes along for the kids.
Only minor negatives are the showers are set very low and difficulty having a proper shower, and lighting was not spread evenly at night around the park so area's of the camping sites were quite dark. Power points not evenly spread requiring long cables across sections of road where cars drive.
With some minor upgrades this would easily be a 5 star review. Would I go back again - definitely without doubt.
Not really suitable for children under 7 though - no play equipment or enclosed area's to keep them entertained.response / report this review
