Very impressed with my experience at Profile. All the girls were lovely, I went for a blow dry and felt pampered and relaxed. Very happy with my style too and went for curls. It was a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Also the snacks and drinks were a cute little addition

I can’t thank the team at profile hair enough for saving my hair after it had a freak accident from a different salon where my hair ended up having a green tinge.
They fit me in last minute and we’re so kind and understanding and made me feel so much more relaxed even though I had been so stressed and anxious.
My hair looks amazing and the colour is perfect!
Definitely will recommend profile hair to anyone that asks!

My experience at Profile Hair Design was nothing short of amazing. Their attention to detail and the effort they all put into each and every client is admirable. I was greeted warmly, offered refreshments, and also received a pressure point massage which was lovely.
Claudia was friendly and she really demonstrated her professional experience. I will definitely be making Profile Hair Design my hair salon of choice.response / report this review -

Such a beautiful salon and everyone is so lovely and welcoming, no elitist or judgemental feeling that some hairdressers have. Ash is amazing! I am so happy with my hair. It’s a full pamper experience from start to finish and I left feeling incredible. Highly recommend 😁

Visited profile hair design for the first time today after almost 1.5 years of having the same stylist whom I loved and trusted. Due to living too far away I needed a new stylist, but was apprehensive due to the specificity of my style.
I spent time with Ash today and she surpassed my expectations by 100%. She was attentive, professional and most of all understood a short style with specific preference. The salon is gorgeous, the welcome is amazing, the team is outstanding and the quality of cut, service and experience is beyond great.
Would recommend this Salon and specifically Ash for anyone out there. Thanks again for everything guys!response / report this review -

OH MY GOD! I am absolutely fascinated with places that get everything right! It can’t all be perfect, something has to go wrong but nothing! I got nothing! Attention to detail, pampering experience, super comfortable chairs, exceptional customer service from *all staff* the moment you walk in to when you leave, it’s all perfect! Ash’s cut was absolutely perfect! An absolute 10/10. I cannot praise this salon and it’s staff enough. Phenomenal!
