Wonderful customer service. Extremely helpful and friendly. Talk with customers to offer suggestions in decor items, colours, styles and prices. Not pushy. Clearly explain Online discounts, Afterpay and instore discounts that differ from each other. Mulgrsve Road store is a delight to look at, search through and Pillowtalks range is clean, up to date, stylish,from modern to elegant.

customer service was bad i was after a particular item and a staff member told me that they did not sell it.. then checked online and they did walked in the next day and spoke to someone else and they said oh yea we have them right here.. Slack staff that just say no we don't have something just because they are to slack to find out GRRRR

I was very disappointed with customer service I received on Sunday. I had trouble with matching some cushion so I asked for assistance only to be told "that's all we have over there". As I had already seen the range and was having difficulty this is where customer service comes into play.
I have found since they have moved into their new store that they have left their customer service behind. Left the store unhappy and spend my money elsewhere. Won't be going back. I will spend my money at other stores that offer customer service.response / report this review -

I have been fortunate enough to deal with a lady called Amy at this store .. lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. Could not have given better service if she tried! thank fully she is not alone in the level of service she provides, every sales person I have dealt with in this store is great.
The store is always tidy and well presented and the stock is just fantastic, a homemakers dream shopping experience!
