We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service, accommodation to my food allergy needs, and amazing food at Teshi's Restaurant. This is definitely not your typical Holiday Inn. The staff made certain to tell the chef about my allergy to coriander, which is used a lot at Teshi's, and the food was delivered without the coriander, but also not lacking in any way on flavor. You can see, smell, and taste the passion the Chef has for the food he prepares in every dish, from the complimentary amuse bouche to dessert. We loved the food and service at Teshi's so much that we chose to eat here 2 of the 4 nights we had in Cairns.

The service was horrible. I waited a long time to get seated. I waited a long time for anyone to acknowledge me and take my order. I actually got up and was leaving when someone finally asked if I wanted to order. No one asked how my meal was or if I needed another drink. Took a long time to get my bill.
