Best service I've had since this car was new (and on any other cars ive owned to be honest) did the 40k kms service today which was good, but also did all the little things, which make the drive go from feeling like a car, to back to feeling like a sports car. Very happy with the customer service, friendly atmosphere, nice coffee. If you are Vietnamese, Cantonese or come from Asian background you can see Tyson Ong he is an excellent seller, he can help you to choose which car is the best for you. And also you can see Mr Tam Ha he's finance manager, you won't have to worry about money, just sit down enjoy your coffee, he will take care anything. Highly recommend for this dealer ship.

I have never dealt with a more professional and caring business in my life. The level of service I received was unlike anything else.
I had the utmost pleasure to deal with Dennis at Patterson Cheney Toyota in Dandenong and I couldn't have even imagined receiving better service and care then I did. Dennis knew everything about the cars I was interested in and his knowledge was remarkable.
I felt like part of their family from the minute I walked in the door.
I don't say this often but I highly recommended Dennis and the team at Patterson Cheney Toyota if you want exceptional service, care and people who know what they are talking about.
More importantly if you're looking to buy a car you need someone that actually listens to your needs and helps you find the most perfect car, that's what they do everyday.

This guys are ripping people off, my car under warranty Got some issues with GPS and Fuel Consumption
1 : for fuel if you pour E10 they will tell you pour Premium and if you pour premium they will say E10 isnt it bull shit
2 : with GPS screen got faded automatically they couldnt find it out but when i said i put screen protector on suddenly their over heated stuff comes out and their they get their chance to rip you off.
Wont recommend any one been customer for about a year but now i say F off.

Just bought a used Prado from Patterson cheney in Dandenong. Joe and Ken were very knowledgeable about the cars they had in stock and worked hard to get me a good deal that I was happy with. The car was in great condition when we picked it up, the detailing was great. Andy was very thorough and prompt in organising our finance. All up I found them to be very courteous and reasonable and wouldn't hesitate in recommending to a friend.

Had my car serviced here a while ago. The next day half an hour into driving the car to work the car started shaking drastically. I had cars high beaming me from behind driving pass informing me they can smell my brake fluid. Had to leave the car there and cab it to work. Took the car back in and couldn't find anything and eventually it went away after a few weeks. So i thought nothing of it.

Now my partner recently had some work done on her car and now the car struggles to start. Takes five or so seconds before the car starts (twice failed to start) calling up they took 0 responsibility and said 'it must be just a coincidence'. Definitely had no issues beforehand starting the car.

coincidence with both new cars? will be going elsewhere. would not recommend. Unless you prefer fixing one issue and leaving with another.

We recently purchased a new Kluger from Patterson Cheney. Everyone at the dealership made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Dennis was very helpful and knowledgable and not pushy at all. In the finance department Sarah handled our finance and was a pleasure to deal with. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I would like to express my appreciation for the professional service and outcome delivered by Steward (Mechanic) and the whole Service Team at Patterson Cheney in Dandenong.

I bought the vehicle from Patterson Cheney (used cars) division. I experienced a concern needing attention. Steward personally took interest in the concern taking the vehicle for a drive in my presence. After the matter was discussed, Steward and his team proceeded to amend the concern raised. Furthermore, I received a follow up call from Steward a week later to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. This gesture is very much appreciated. Such added value and service should be commended.

My wife and I are vivid fans of Toyota’s reliability and service. We will definitely remain lifelong customers of Patterson Cheney in Dandenong, while looking forward in upgrading our vehicles to newer models in the future.

In all my years of buying cars from different dealership & range of cars, one can't help but always feels "guarded & skeptical" when you visit a car showroom.
Ben Tran,( the skinniest sales guy )at this place put me at ease & you walked out "jumping in the air" shouting TOYOTA like their slogan when we bought the Camry .
Even Tam Ha the Finance Guru knows his products well.
Very patience & his wealth of finance knowledge is second to none.
Least but not forgetting the rest of the other Sales Staff look who after us when Ben was busy . Coffee ? Tea? Water ? etc
We will definitely come back here for our Next Toyota once my aging Prado is due .
