Just like to say thank you for the amazing service you provided on Saturday in organizing some balloons that our original balloons flew away when unpacking our vehicle. Your service in responding to providing us with new balloons and having them delivered to us at Crown was just over and above amazing service right on closing time for you. Not only did you have them delivered you kept us informed every step of the way from advising that they were on their way with the delivery driver and following up that they had arrived in time for us. What a fun shop! If ever I need anything for a fancy dress or kids party or decorations, I will be heading directly here. Staff were friendly, they had great costumes & a huge variety. It all seemed reasonably priced. One of those shops you don't need often, but when you do, this where you need to go!!

The photos on here doesn't do justice! Richie and the team at "Party and You" provide an unbelievable excellent customer service. They have a variety of goods and costumes that I think other party shops in Melbourne don't have and the prices are very reasonable. They also do balloons with helium which is great for birthdays, parties etc. Highly recommend as you will get blown away by the customer service and the huge range at "Party and You" to choose from.

One of the few places in the city with plenty of costumes and accessories. Balloons available for purchase with helium.
I went in looking for table decorations and banners etc but it's the one thing they don't stock.

Ritche was very efficient, quick with emails and photos requested of the colours of the balloons sent to me. A really good "can do " attitude. One of those businesses that actually cares.Our event was really special thanks to the pearl colours of the underwater theme thanks again Richie from Party and you!
