I was told there would be a ten minute wait, ended up waiting for over an hour and a half to get my piercing, whilst others who came in after me were served first. No staff apologised for the wait. The piercing was great in itself, the piercer was very knowledgeable and professional, just not so happy with the wait!! however I will be back, as they stand to uphold some of the safest and most comfortable procedures.

First, I don’t remember his name, but the guy who pierced my conch was extremely helpful and friendly. One of the best piercing experiences I’ve ever had, so well done for that.

But unfortunately, the girls at the counter did not know what they were talking about. I had a scar and some irritation on my healed belly piercing and they said it was because the piercing bar was “too long”. So they gave me an eyebrow bar to purchase and that did absolutely nothing and they were wrong the whole time. It was because of the surgical steel (which I later found I was allergic to, all I needed was to switch to titanium), which proves that those two girls did not seem to care about what the problem was, just found an excuse for extra money from me.

i got a double helix piercing here recently and the experience was good as. i was hella nervous, but the piercer (i think his name was jake) made me feel comfortable. the only downside was the wait (although that's pretty understandable). the staff are super friendly and the service is clean and considerably quick. would definitely recommend for piercings.

Walked in and despite being told there was an hour long wait, they had me in in 10 mins. Got my rook pierced and although I was terrified it barely hurt and took no more than 2 or 3 mins. The staff are all super friendly and I'm super happy with it! They also had a sale on so my piercing, jewellery and after care only cost $30!

Great people wonderfully done.
I went in to get my nose pierced, and the woman (didn't catch her name) did a great job! Didn't wait for too long, went over where I wanted it, what stud and was lying down and pierced in minuets. Would totally reccomend for piercings.

Went to go get my naval pierced with a friend. The whole process was so rushed for both of us which made us anxious. Now I've ended up getting a piercing that's crooked, not the jewel that I asked for and when I said something to my piercer they just shrugged it off as poor communication. But that was it.
My friend was fine though so I guess even though it's cheap you're kinda gambling what you get. Just maybe double check what jewel your piercer has before they put it in your skin.

Got my septum re done by Jeremy.
He made me feel very comfortable and calmed me down a lot, i couldn't be happier with the service and result. Best experience I've had getting pierced would definitely go back!
