My partner and I decided that for one day we were going to treat ourselves to a nice hotel room with a spa so we can relax together. We paid for the Romance package and upon arrival we were told that they couldnt get roses which were apart of the Romance package, so they have upgraded our room to a delux room and added extra chocolates into the room! The hotel room was beautiful with a huge bed and an area with the spa bath and comfy robes, we also had a balcony attached.
We were told that the resturant would be closed for the night as it had been rented out for a wedding which was fine. We ordered room service, my partner got a steak sandwich and I got the fish of the day which was probably the best fish I have ever had! After dinner we had chocolate strawberries and champagne bought to the room (all apart of the package) and we hopped in the spa to enjoy our evening. Never felt so relaxed.
The morning we made our way down to the resturant where we saw they had a massive buffet for breakfast. I tried so many different things that I’ve never had before, was perfect end to our time away. 😍response / report this review -

We had our wedding here on Friday night and it was amazing from start to finish. The wait staff were awesome, the food was delicious and their wedding coordinator Santina was absolutely fabulous! All of this helped to make our night so memorable for many years to come!

Went to look at wedding reception preparations. Staff at front counter were okay, the hotel is nicely decorated and feels pleasant. Function coordinator was very nice. One ballroom has a view of traffic zooming by on the freeway which is not appealing though.

I attended a work function. It was pretty good. The level of service was higher than I expected. The rooms were really well laid out with high attention to details. The prices were higher than I expected but nothing too extreme.

Convenient location and nice restaurants with a few little extra thorough in like bike hire and some free drinks in the mini bar. The pool is nice, and warm; and staff were friendly.

The best ever service. I had my wedding there love every minuet of it from planning to reception. Santina was beautiful and professional always keep us up to date with anything and any changes we made was happily done ❤️❤️

Stayed there twice so close to casino and cheap. Spa is amazing but no exhaust fans.

Very upperclass accomodation, watermarks on ceiling, cracked tiles in bathroom, didn't even bother having drinks at the bar, massive cost for one beer! Plus was free mini bar, but also to pay for parking at $15 per day!! Did not bother ordering room service, if you want a spa, cheaper more friendly accomodation can be found in Perth for a fraction of the cost, will be staying somewhere else next time, definitely for people with fat wallets, power went out in the morning and no backup? For so called luxury accomodation??

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a room with beautiful river views. Even though this meant facing the highway as well the noise was practically non existent. The bathroom facilities were fantastic, and we has a nice relaxing spa, though I have stayed at places with nicer smelling soaps the ones supplies did the job, having a bath oil or soap for the bath is would have been nice for that extra little bit of luxury. The free mini bar supplied was fantastic for a change, the pictures on the Web did show a kit-kat included which ours did not it was very nice to have some drinks supplied. Breakfast in the morning was interesting, the buffet had a mix of Eastern and Western choices, playing it safe I only has the food I was familiar with which was a bit of a let down. The fruit was nice and fresh but the croissants and muffins were on the dry side, the scrambled eggs on the watery side and a lot of the other offerings were a tad on the cold side; all entirely edible but not as enjoyable as my usual Sunday morning Sizzler buffet breakfast. Would totally recommend staying here to others, but maybe find an alternative to breakfast (and not room service, the costs for that struck me as excessive and totally unnecessary to charge a delivery fee when that should be part of the cost already.

Quality service & facility's. Beautiful suite overlooking water. High tea relaxing. Comfee beds. So good we returned after family visit to unwind before flying out. Convenient underground parking.

Yeah it's a pretty good place to go. It looks nice at night. The people are friendly and there are lots of dogs around you can pet. Not too hot in the summer time. Little bit of noise from the freeway but the sound proofing is generally good

Great Stay, We arrived Christmas Eve and from the time of arrival at reception and leaving on Boxing day the service was 5 star. The room we had was well appointed ,comfortable bed and best of all nice sun blocked curtains. Had a balcony room so if wanted could sit outside lovely view of the pool.Christmas lunch was 5 star all the way there was nothing you could fault, food ,service and the atomsphere GREAT. I would recommend anybody thinking of having Christmas lunch there do it. Thank you the staff of the hotel for your service Christmas day was lovely.

Stayed for a few days after getting off a cruise before going back to Sydney. 4 of us really enjoyed our stay here and the free courtesy transfer in the morning made things easy for us. Even on Saturday the Manager drove us to the zoo, just 2 minutes away but still a nice ride. Good breakfast and dinner at their Waterwall.
Beautiful rooms and very friendly staff. Good to have our feet on the ground again after 2 weeks on the cruise and Pagoda made our last leg of holiday very enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff.response / report this review -

Great weekend stay. Staff always friendly, fantastic breakfast and great value. will always return to the Pagoda when ever visiting Perth. Great for family too, the apartment we stayed a couple of months ago was fantastic, 2 rooms and large lounge. This tine round we were told that they now have free minibar..a bonus a couple of beers for $0. Apparently a new added value. good job pagoda
